WeCAB Executive Director Job Description

WeCAB, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, providing supplemental transportation to people who are in need and live within our service areas is seeking a half time Executive Director to provide leadership for the organization. The WeCAB Executive Director works an average of 20 hours a week; many hours can be worked remotely, except those needed for meetings, etc. 

The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors, staff and volunteers to execute WeCAB’s supplemental transportation program in a fiscally responsible manner that aligns with WeCAB’s overall strategic mission. Key responsibilities include public relations, marketing and fundraising, community outreach, and volunteer recruitment. Starting salary is between $23,000 and $25,000 per year.
