Stephanie Alexander
Stephanie has a Master of Science in Non-Profit Management and 20 years of experience in Social Services. She is a dynamic leader who has worked in both government and nonprofit settings developing, administering, and monitoring programs that enhance the quality of life for individuals in need. Stephanie believes that the availability of transportation makes or breaks an individual’s life situation and is excited to be a part of WeCAB’s great mission. Stephanie lives in Minnetonka with her husband Varghese.

Shirley Spraguer
Shirley graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Master of Arts in English. She also has a B.A. from the College of St. Benedict in St. Joseph, MN. She has worked in various professional positions in her career, primarily in investments and insurance. She lives in the Westonka community with her husband and German Shepherd fur-missile, Knox.
